BBY!-Big Beautiful Yoga-This class is designed for anyBODY that has ever felt intimidated by yoga. If you can breathe, you CAN practice yoga. Don’t let fear, intimidation, or those with a more established practice keep you from exploring this amazing opportunity to work on your mind, body, and soul. This class will include lots of modifications for abundant, subtle, or limited bodies. Please keep in mind, you can and are welcome to attend any yoga class and modify as necessary, But, if you want a place to start where you might feel more comfortable, this class is for you.
FAMILY YOGA-Families are invited to come share a practice together. Age ranges of children in this class will vary so activities and practice will be tailored to those in attendance. Kids are encouraged to participate in the physical practice of yoga as much as possible. This class won’t always be quiet but we’ll still seek to practice stillness and encourage some silent meditation for short periods of time.
FEAST-Join us once a month to break bread and spend some time with one another on more of a social level. We love to see you and spend time with you but…we don’t always get to chat as much as we’d like when it’s time to yoga. Based on RSVPs we will decide to either A. Potluck that month and have a studio picnic or B. Go out and grab a bite to eat and visit.

FIRE-Buti Yoga-This high energy class is an amazing blend of power yoga, dynamic movement, cardio bursts, and vibration set to energetic music that helps you tap into your personal power. This practice can bring healing, build strength, endurance, and flexibility in a playful, yet challenging environment. Begin where you are and allow yourself the opportunity to grow, not only physically, but emotionally and spiritually. Sweat with intention and become the best version of you yet.
FLEX-Yin Yoga-Yin yoga is a slow practice that uses longer holds in fewer asanas to release tension, increase circulation, and improve flexibility. Yin yoga helps to regulate the flow of energy in your body. Yin is the perfect balance to any active lifestyle. Treat your body to yin yoga regularly.
FLOW-This class offers a well balanced mix of the energizing and strength building aspects of Vinyasa Flow complimented by the deeper opening of the connective tissues of Yin Yoga. This class challenges physical and mental strength allowing for the overall calming of the mind and body. All levels welcome.
FOCUS-Core and Booty-Focusing on core and glute strength and toning, come prepared to bust your buns and work on those abs. We’ll jam out to some higher energy music to keep us moving and motivated.
FOUNDATION-Yoga 101-Beginner’s Yoga-This class is perfect if you are new to yoga. You will learn breathing techniques and basic postures of vinyasa flow and alignment. Fewer postures will be practiced at a slower pace to offer a more relaxed yoga introduction. All levels welcome.
FULFILL-Restorative Yoga-Use props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks to fully support your body allowing you to completely relax through deep, passive stretching. Fewer postures are held for longer providing the opportunity to destress, boost immunity, optimize energy flow, and more. Leave feeling rejuvenated, refreshed, and renewed.
KIDS YOGA-You may drop your kiddos (5-12) off for a fun, creative, mindful yoga experience. Kids will learn how to focus and find stillness with breathing and visualization techniques. They will also learn self-respect and respect for others with the practice of fun and challenging poses, partner and group poses, lots of yoga games, breathing and basic anatomy.
Yoga Nidra-Guided Meditation-An ancient sleep-based meditation technique that has the power to take you to the innermost, deepest levels of relaxation where your whole body and being is permeated by peace of mind and profound stillness. It unlocks the mystical, integrative powers of the subconscious, as well as your higher centers of consciousness, to effortlessly erase your most tenacious, self-destructive habits and behavior patterns. It is said by yogis that 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra is as restorative as three hours of sleep.
